  No sense of customer service at all. No loyalty to returning customers. Downright rude. I am an immigrant who is of course multilingual but I also know public speaking etiquette. These patrons just flat speaks about you and laughs about it right in your face. They of course must not realize we live in the age where Google lets me know what you are saying in a different language. I will never ever bring my hard earned money to their botched up work ever again. Please believe that I would not write such a review over a one time incident. This is very repetitive. When they refuse to do as you ask as a customer they pretend to not understand not hear you and you just get frustrated and forget about it.
